Today’s Workout

2 mile warmup jog

Dumbbell Chest Press (50’s)

Seated Row (160)

Chest Press Machine (130)

Bent Over Dumbbell Rows (40’s)

Lat Pull Down (130)

Alternating Dumbbell Press w/ Twist (50’s)

Overhead Tricep Extensions (Machine – 40)

Alternating Dumbbell Curls w/ Supination (25’s)

Skull Crushers (50)

Curls on Machine (120)

We did 10 of each exercise in succession for four rounds, not timed.

Note: We worked out in our little apartment fitness center so the weights we did were merely what they had (janky multipurpose machine and dumbbells up to 50 lbs).
