(WOD) Monday June 4th

Hey All,

Today’s workout consists of two crossfits that we did tonight, the first one is strictly abs, the second is cardio/chest/back. Hope you enjoy 🙂The Workout

1 Mile Warmup Run

Set # 1:

1 minute plank

20 slow crunches (holding elbows at knees at 90 degrees)

10 leg lifts

:30 rest

Repeat for 5 sets. Our Time: Approx 16 minutes

Set #2

15 Bench Press (135)

10 Pushups w/ feet on bench, hands on dumbbells

15 Seated Rows (140)

10 Pull-ups

1/5 mile run

Repeat 5 times. Our Time: 22:15
