Sorry for the delay, here’s this mornings workout, I was busy all day and didn’t have the opportunity to post anything today. Today’s workout was written by coach and he loves legs, unlike me, so it was pretty darn tough. If you’re looking to crush your legs (and surprisingly your shoulders) you’ve come to the right place.
1 Mile run for warm-up
5 Front squats to overhead press (95)
20 Squats on bosu-ball (no weight)
5 Power cleans (95)
20 Pushups on bosu-ball
Run up 2 flights of stairs (to our track) then ran 2 laps (=1/5 of a mile), run back downstairs
Do that whole circuit 5 times. Our Time: 27:10
Note: If you don’t have a track conveniently upstairs feel free to run two sets of stairs and the 1/5 mile on the treadmill or adjust it as necessary. As I warned the shoulders feel it after the overhead press and the push-ups, so be careful if you have prior shoulder issues.
