(WOD) Wednesday May 30

Hey All,

Didn’t post yesterday’s workout, it wasn’t too complicated just some back and arms. Today is much more interesting, be it a crossfit, and be it a lot more challenging than originally anticipated. My workout buddies asked that I make a full body workout, so today tears up your legs, chest, arms, back, abs, and heart.

Without Further Adieu…The Workout

Mile warmup jog

10 Bench Press (135)

10 Single-Leg Squats (Alternate leg on bench after 5 – 95)

5 Pull-ups to hold to straight leg extension to hands (hopefully that explains the move haha)

10 Dips

10 Alternating Step-ups (24” box – 95)

15 GHD Sit-ups to shoulder press (25 lb plate)

Go through this sequence 5 times as quickly as possible. Today’s Time: 22:40
