(WOD) – Tuesday May 22nd

Hey Guys,

Our gym is finally back open after giving the workers at school a week off to relax after finals, so today me and two other coaches hit it up to get back in the grind. Today wasn’t a cross-fit day we did traditional standard sets in lifting, here is what we pumped out.

1 Mile Warmup Run

4 Sets of Each Exercise (12 reps, 10, 8, 6 by round)

Incline Bench (115, 125, 135, 145)

Decline Bench (135, 155, 175, 195)

Dumbbell Chest Press (60, 60, 65, 70)

Bench (135, 155, 175, 185)

Lat Pull Down (120, 130, 140, 150)

Seated Row (120, 130, 140, 150)

Seated Upright Row (140, 190, 210, 230)

2 Minute Plank

That is all for today, just getting back into the swing of things.
